“ Love this cafe! The coffee tastes really good. My husband had a sip of left-over coffee of mine, and asked me where I got it. They make fresh baked goods at the cafe, I had almond bread(don’t remember the exact name) and it was good. Planning to try different bread in the future. Highly recommend the place :D ... ”
“ Cute cafe with some many different kinds of drinks both cold and hot. They also have brunch options such as grilled ham and cheese and waffles. Presentation of the food is top notch and the bakery items on display looked very delicious. I always see this cafe very busy after school hours with many people studying while enjoying the food and beverages of Cafe Dorothy. Weekend mornings are very quiet in comparison and we were easily able to find a table to enjoy our brunch. ”

“ I really enjoy the Korean style cafe services @ Cafe Dorothy. It is 1 of the 3 cafes located inside Henderson Mall. Location near the Lincoln station and Coquitlam public library, you would never miss the cafe with full coffee aroma everytime you pass by. In the morning, you see lots of moms bringing their toddlers chatting with peers. Also Korean moms taking a break from kids attending schools. Indeed, it is a very relaxing atmosphere and hope everyone would support local cafes. ”
“ I was pleasantly surprised by cafe Dorothy, I didn't know what to expect and came in with zero expectations, after someone suggested it to me. Their pastries all looked fabulous and there was quite an array, something for everyone but their strawberry shortcake is what caught my eye! It was packed in a cute to go box with a handle, take out convenience at its finest. The cake was an even amount of chantilly cream, fresh strawberries and vanilla sponge cake, not too sweet either, perfect and refreshing! Their savoury menu is quite small, they had 4 sandwiches to choose from in their display case, when I arrived. I chose the ham and cheese. I was a little apprehensive with how much romaine there was on that sandwich and definitely confused why they gave me a side of relish with it but I decided to eat it as served. Oh man, I will be back for that sandwich!! The lettuce turned out to be the perfect amount to add a fresh element to the croissant sandwich, between the cheese, ham and buttery croissant, it needed that addition and the relish was an added cut through the otherwise richness of the ingredients. Today I learnt that I don't mind relish on ham and cheese sandwiches. Their coffee menu hosted some classics and some unique to their location, they also have house made 'ades (like lemonades) and I'll have to come back to try that, they looked delicious. I tried their iced toffee nut latte and really enjoyed it, the coffee wasn't bitter, it was very smooth and it wasn't too sweet, which was perfect because I always worry about that when syrups get involved. There is more on this menu that I need to try, I'll definitely be back!! ”
“ Bought a sweet potato mousse cake from Cafe Dorothy, and it was beautiful! If you are a fan of sweet potato, this was a delicious and moist cake - with just the right amount of sweetness. It also came with a free candle (get to choose between a small or large candle with no extra charge) Staff were also really nice and friendly! The vibes of the cafe is also really pleasant and relaxing ”

I loved the interior design, especially with the Christmas decorations the staff was super polite and friendly and, on top of their excellent service, they offered us an extra piece of cake.
